About us

Rics.app is built by UMRLabs, a technology company in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Who we are

UMRLabs provides result-driven professional technology services to small, medium and large companies worldwide. The team brings more than sixteen years of experience, over a thousand completed projects, and more than five hundred clients served.

The in-house team covers IT architecture, marketing, call-centre operations and UI/UX design, alongside research and development in blockchain and AI.

Why we built Rics.app

We kept seeing the same problem in the businesses we worked with. Customers message on WhatsApp. They message the Facebook page. They comment under a post asking the price. Somebody answers on a phone, somebody else answers on a laptop, two people reply to the same person, and an order is agreed in a chat that nobody else can see.

Rics.app is the answer to that. Every message in one shared inbox, handed to whoever is free, chased when nobody replies, and turned into a real order with the stock and the commission looked after. Built for businesses that sell by conversation.

What else we do

Alongside Rics.app, UMRLabs offers web and mobile development, UI/UX design, digital marketing and search engine optimisation, team extension, test automation, and game development. Our other products include PaidSheet, WebMax, LessonB and Temptics.
